Michael Rachlin is the president of MIR, a native New Yorker from Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
Graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Communications and has now over 30 years of experience in the
construction industry.
He dedicated his early life to advertising and coaching hockey, those were his passions until he found his way to construction.
First started working selling building materials products and then worked his way up; going from the construction sites to sales and
ultimately to opening his own construction company.
This is one of the many reasons why he knows what to do and also ensures a great job is done with every single client.
Now his role at MIR Construction Group is to act as sales consultant acquiring construction projects from major developers,
assist in bidding exterior restoration projects and maintain relationships between contractors and building management.
